Photo Policy

This policy applies to photos, videos, stories, thumbnails, and other visual media uploaded to Maison d'Amour.

1. Rights, Consent, and Adult Status

You must own or lawfully control uploaded media. Every depicted person must be an adult and must have consented to the creation, upload, and intended visibility of the media. Maison may request identity, age, ownership, or consent evidence.

2. Prohibited Media

Media involving or appearing to involve a minor, non-consensual content, exploitation, coercion, trafficking, deceptive impersonation or deepfakes, unlawful activity, doxxing, threats, or third parties without documented consent is prohibited.

3. Review and Privacy Modes

Public and private media may be reviewed before or after publication. Private, blurred-preview, veiled-preview, and request-only settings do not exempt media from moderation. Originals may be made available only through authenticated, authorised access controls.

4. Removal and Preservation

Maison may reject, restrict, remove, or preserve necessary evidence relating to reported or prohibited media. Rights holders and depicted people may submit a takedown request through the official support channel.
