Maison d'Amour moderates profiles, media, stories, ratings, reports, and risk signals to support lawful operation and safer adult access.

1. Review Process

Automated rules and AI-assisted suggestions may help prioritise work, but they do not approve, suspend, or make final enforcement decisions without authorised human review.

2. Age and Identity Checks

Mobile OTP verification is not age verification. Maison may require date-of-birth, identity, selfie or liveness, content-ownership, and depicted-person consent evidence before publishing or restoring content.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Content or conduct involving minors, exploitation, coercion, trafficking, non-consensual media, impersonation, fraud, harassment, threats, doxxing, illegal activity, or attempts to bypass access controls may be removed or escalated immediately.

4. Actions and Appeals

Maison may request more information, restrict visibility, reject content, suspend features, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or notify authorities where appropriate. Users may request review through support, but urgent safety restrictions may remain during an appeal.
